Saracen Properties has a proven track record of developing and redeveloping high-quality life science, office, industrial/flex and multifamily projects throughout the Greater Boston area. Creating value for our investor partners through the development of sophisticated projects in urban, urban-infill and suburban locations, Saracen leverages extensive relationships and local market knowledge to deliver durable, risk-adjusted returns for its investors. We look to acquire raw land for ground up development as well as existing assets for redevelopment and repositioning. Property Management
Saracen Properties provides property management services to the real estate it owns, as well as a limited number of third-party owned properties, including currently over 600,000 SF of life science R&D facilities.
