In the fall of 2013, Saracen, in partnership with Mainsail Management, undertook the modification of a 10 year old permitted, but not current building code compliant, 5-story 62-unit project in Brighton, MA.
Saracen commenced the Notice of Project Change process to redesign and update this apartment project on a 1 acre site it controlled on Tremont Street in Brighton, MA. The challenge and scope of the NPC was, in effect, a total redesign of the project within already approved scope and massing parameters. This project is now a contemporary, full-amenity residential community including common outside space, workout room and clubhouse room. Full approvals were obtained in 2015 with a groundbreaking in early 2016. It is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2017.
